Announcing 2007 Biggest Loser Contest
 
Launching the week of Jan. 15th Only at Fitness SPA-YEA

Our last contest was such a success!  BJ McKenna won with 12 pounds lost!  Inspired by the hit TV show, FITNESS SPA is looking for contestants for our Biggest Loser contest beginning January 15th.   Sign up to challenge yourself to a personal best.  Each week there will be challenges and menus.  We will weigh and measure you and the winner will get fun prizes.  Prizes will be awarded for weight and also inches lost.  This six-week competition will give you an opportunity to lose weight and inches while taking on fun challenges.  Bring your friends!

Avon Open House at Fitness Spa

Mark January 22 to come to Fitness Spa for an Open House featuring Avon and other businesses.  There will be drawings and prizes as well as healthy snacks.  It starts at 11am and will be fun!

 

“Keeping Your Body Working Right” Health Presentation

January 29 Fitness Spa will host a great health presentation at 11am.  Certified nutritionist Mollie McCarl will show us the way to improve our health with easy changes to lifestyle and nutrition.  Don’t miss this wonderful event!

 

Don’t Miss Our Great Classes of Booty Bootcamp & Body Sculpting with Weights!

Get toned up in a great way with our fun classes.  We are offering a new 30-minute Body Sculpting Class on Thursdays at 10:30am and 5:30pm!  Mollie will lead the class through exercises for the upper and lower body using hand weights followed by some easy yoga moves and light stretching.  This class will help you tone your arms and increase your flexibility.  Booty Bootcamp is changing days.  We’ll still have the class on Mondays at 10:00, but we are changing to Tuesdays at 5:30 for the evening class.  Get a great workout by enjoying fun classes!
 

Bring Your Friends and Get Rewards

It is always more fun to work out with a buddy.  Now Fitness Spa is offering more incentives to get your friends in here.  If you bring a friend and she joins, we will give you and your friend a free airbrush tan or 1 free month!!
